JCC Property Ltd recently purchased two premises, which were in need of full refurbishment from CLP Group FS LTD. The properties had damp issues, and required repairs and updates to various systems and features. CLP Group FS LTD carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of both properties, including plastering, roof works, rewiring, bathroom and kitchen renovations, and the installation of new central heating systems. Additionally, security shutters were added to the front and back of the shop.
Project Details
Implementation: The first step in the refurbishment process was to address the damp issues in the properties. This involved taking the plaster back to the brick throughout the properties, treating and repairing the damp, and then re-plastering the entire properties. Next, the roof works were carried out, which included repairs and updates as needed. The properties were then rewired, which involved removing the old wiring and installing new electrical systems. The bathrooms and kitchens were fully renovated, including new fixtures and appliances. New central heating systems were installed in both properties. Lastly, security shutters were added to the front and back of the shop to provide additional security.
